Availability and Design
All images shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we endeavour to provide our products as described, the items we use may from time to time be changed or discontinued. CherryBubs reserve the right to substitute an item for equal or better quality.
CherryBubs Nappy Cakes are made using size 1 nappies, 4-11lbs (2-5kg). Larger size nappies can be used upon request.
All our Nappy Cakes, Towel Cakes and Gift Sets are wrapped in clear cellophane, decorated with a big bow. Our items are securely packed in bubble wrap inside cardboard boxes or padded envelopes where suitable.
Pricing
Our prices all include postage and packing within the UK. Outside the UK there will be an
additional postal charge. These will be notified on request.
Delivery
All items are delivered via Royal Mail Standard Parcels. They are also insured against loss or
damage for the full value of each item. Items will be despatched only when payment is cleared.
Our aim is to despatch each item as quickly as possible. As our products are hand crafted we would ask you to allow 28 days for delivery
Refunds and Returns
Every effort is made to ensure that your gift arrives in excellent condition. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us within 3 working days of the delivery if the goods are damaged. If you fail to do so you will have deemed to have accepted the goods. Should you need to send any goods back, you must do this at your own cost and risk. We will be happy to send you a replacement order or item. You can
